Order Processing

All orders made by 3pm EST Monday to Friday will be processed and mailed out the same day.  Any orders made after 3pm will be processed the following business day.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped by Canada Post Standard Ground.  Shipping within Canada usually takes a couple of days.  Shipping outside Canada, please estimate a longer wait time.
Currently we only ship to North America, International Orders cannot be processed at this time.

Payments
At this time, all payments must be made through Paypal.
If you do not have a Paypal account, you can go to www.paypal.com or you may set one up
on the payment page.  There is a link there to accommodate.

Return Policy
Full refunds will be granted only in the case that a product has been delivered in a damaged condition.  

Sales Tax
All orders will be charged a 5% GST charge, as per Canadian Tax regulations

Card Sizes
Greeting cards and Blank Greeting Cards are 5 x 7 inches and each come with matching envelopes measuring 5 1/4 x 7 1/4.  Cards and envelopes are all natural white, unless otherwise marked.
Note cards and Invitations are 4 x 5 inches and each come with matching envelopes measuring 
4 1/4 x 5 1/4.  Cards and envelopes are all natural white and come in packages of 4, unless otherwise stated.

Customization and Personalization
If you see something that you like, but want it changed email us and we'll be glad to help any way we can.
Want us to send someone a card on your behalf, no problem.  Just remember to change the shipping address and leave us a comment for when you want it delivered.
